Teaching
Teaching and Coaching
Alongside his career as a concert pianist and recording artist, Nicolas Costantinou is also a piano professor with international experience. He has over twenty-five years of teaching experience across all levels, dedicating himself to his students’ development, both technically and artistically, while fostering their confidence and enjoyment in performing.
He offers lessons to teenagers, university students, and professional pianists, helping them improve their performance, refine their technique, and develop a healthy relationship with the instrument. In selected cases, he also teaches chamber music and art song (Lied). Many of his students have won national and international competitions and have continued their studies at leading universities and music academies worldwide.
His teaching approach is enriched by his interest in historical performance practice and the Taubman Approach, which he applies to prevent and rehabilitate injuries resulting from improper hand use, providing each ambitious pianist with a healthy, efficient, and sustainable technical foundation.
Lessons are offered in-person or online, both for students in Cyprus and for those abroad.
